Des Moines Comic Con 2015

Welp, it’s super late, but I added photos from ’15 Wizard World Comic Con Des Moines to my Melisandre album! It was the first time Wizard World has been to Des Moines and the first comic con I’ve ever been to. It was so much fun and I’m really looking forward to the next one!

A lot of people were torn because they loved the costume but hated the character. I would always respond by giving a sly smile and my best Melisandre expression. She is a woman of many names, and I was called them all at the convention, but my favorite was when someone came up and asked, “Scarlet Witch!?” And I said close enough and laughed.

One thing is for sure, I’ll think twice in the future about wearing this much clothing to a convention! It was way too warm in this dress.
